The Southside Wellbeing Festival Team
The festival was a collaboration between The Wee Retreat CIC and Finn's Place with the aim of introducing wellbeing opportunities to a wide range of people living on the southside.
It was a great weekend of events which included meditation, a wellbeing fair, sessions with Scottish Ballet, taster sessions for all kinds of wellbeing activites - for adults as well as kids - at the Wee Retreat open day, a yoga retreat, a breath workshop, and a poetry reading.
